The main focus on the implementation of the education pillar run by PT Carsurin Tbk is to build superior quality human resources that are competitive. Through various programs and initiatives designed to improve access and quality in both aspects, PT Carsurin Tbk is committed to helping develop the talents of young people in the regions to enable each individual to reach their full potential so that they can obtain better job choices and opportunities.

In 2024, PT Carsurin Tbk’s support through the Carsurin Scholarship is committed to providing educational funding assistance for 30 (Thirty) young people at 3 (three) Universities in Indonesia, namely: Naval Engineering, Naval Systems and Geological Engineering, Hasanuddin University (Makassar); Geological Engineering and Mining Engineering, Halu Oleo University (Kendari); Naval Engineering and Chemical Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (Surabaya) were launched for the first time. The selection of the three Universities was based on the largest number of manpower needs at the Head Office and Branches of PT Carsurin Tbk which have the potential to develop more dynamically in the future, of course this decision was made after discussing with PT Carsurin Tbk Management.

The Carsurin Scholarship program will help finance the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and is intended for final semester students for 1 (one) year and scholarship recipients are required to graduate in semester 8 (eight). After completing academic lectures, Carsurin scholarship recipients will be allowed to take part in the recruitment process at PT Carsurin Tbk in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. If the alumni who receive the scholarship are declared successful, they will become employees at PT Carsurin Tbk. This scholarship program is designed to support the younger generation in achieving quality higher education, while creating opportunities for them to develop and contribute positively to society and have the opportunity to get decent jobs in the future. With this, the company plays a role in efforts to reduce unemployment in Indonesia and build superior human resources for a better future.
