Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) mengawali tahun 2022 dengan mendapatkan temuan di sumur Eksplorasi Manpatu 1-X di Wilayah Kerja (WK) South Mahakam lepas pantai Kalimantan Timur. WK ini dioperasikan oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, salah satu anak perusahaan PHI. VP Development & Driling PHI-Regional Kalimantan. Arief Prasetyo Handoyo mengatakan, temuan sumber daya migas baru ini sesuai dengan komitmen Pertamina dalam mendukung ketahanan energi nasional.
