Prospek penemuan migas di Indonesia diklaim masih menarik. Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) mengungkapkan. Dari lima sumur eksplorasi yang sudah selesai di bor oleh Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) pada kuartal I-2022. Sebanyak empat sumur mencatatkan discovery (penemuan). Capaian tersebut mencatatkan success ratio penemuan sumur eksplorasi mencapai 80%. Kepala SKK Migas Dwi Soetjipto mengapresiasi upaya KKKS. Selain itu, hasil ini dinilai bakal kian mendorong upaya eksplorasi migas ke depannya.”Ini tentu akan memberikan semangat bagi kami untuk terus menggiatkan kegiatan eksplorasi di masa mendatang.
